It was literally in the midst of nowhere on the Mumbai Pune Expressway that the Shivneri bus driver dropped us when we went up to him to say- Bhaiyya hume Lonavala utarna tha :|
At any time of the day , the expressway is too busy for you to cross and it was for around 15 minutes that we finally decided to walk a little towards a village , find an underpass and cross the road with a herd of cattle and dancing kids.
We walked through fields and rocks, asked way to random onlookers and finally got hold of a local carriage driver to drop us to Lonavla railway station.
It was one of the most resuscitating travel experience.
As I recount the experience with reluctant joy at the lunch gathering at work , the very obvious response I get is - Bas yeh sab hi karo , tumlogon ki wajah se hi yeh saare Delhi cases hoti hai.
The friend has returned to India after 7 long years and only chance of me catching up with her is the one hour time she is gonna spend at Majestic Bus Terminus in between her journey from Bangalore to Manipal . So I get off work early and catch a bus to reach Majestic and have a lovely evening over chai and aloo bonda .
As I tell it to a friend - Tum 6 bje Outer Ring Road se Majestic gyi just to meet a friend??
It's that time of the year again. Last year , this time our Whatsapp group was beaming with relentless pings about what to and what not to do in Goa! What to wear , what to drink , where to visit . As I reminisce the Goa days to a girl friend , after initial excitement and sigh over not being able to make a trip suchlike - Par yehsab tumlog hi kar sakte ho . Aise sirf ladkiyon ke saath kahin jaana main safe nhi samajhti .

I like it how you seem like a completely different person when you write.
People who inhibit themselves by thoughts of "what might happen" are the ones who never step out of their shells and experience the beautiful world outside.
